Case Study Rapidly transforming BRIA’s complex AWS partnership into co-sell readiness

CONNACT facilitated BRIA’s rapid partnership with AWS within three months, coinciding with AWS initiating a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with BRIA. This included successfully enrolling them in ISV Accelerate as well as getting them listed in the prestigious Amazon SageMaker JumpStart curated AI/ML model gallery in the AWS Marketplace. CONNACT then worked hands-on alongside BRIA’s internal stakeholders to secure initial Marketplace private offers valued in hundreds of thousands of dollars.

SOLUTION

BRIA was using AWS for their cloud computing needs; however, they were not leveraging their cloud partnership to propel sales. Through engagement with CONNACT, a plan was devised to further capitalize on their partnership via a broad joint AWS-BRIA GTM strategy.

After an initial phase of strategizing and crafting an AWS-tailored ‘better together’ story for BRIA, CONNACT helped validate and fit BRIA’s SageMaker model image for the AWS Marketplace ML model listing type. Eventually, BRIA was listed in the prestigious Amazon SageMaker JumpStart curated AI/ML model gallery in the AWS Marketplace.

CONNACT collaborated with cross-functional professionals within BRIA to achieve the preliminary technical integration, followed by hands-on crafting a complete business partnership plan, and educating BRIA’s internal sales and marketing personnel to enable Co-Sell within the organization. BRIA was Co-Sell ready in the record speed of 1 month from the initial engagement with CONNACT.

In the two months following the initial Co-Sell enablement, with CONNACT’s support, BRIA had already secured private offers via the AWS Marketplace worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
