CONNACT is looking for a driven TCA Analyst to own the AWS ISV Accelerate (ISV-A) program for our customers and grow into a full Technical Cloud Alliance role.

You’ll work with our TCA team, our customers and AWS to bring Israeli software companies through ISV-A, learn additional AWS partner programs, and take on more of the alliance work over time.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS ISV Accelerate (ISV-A) program end-to-end with customers and AWS
• Guide Israeli ISVs through the program, in Hebrew and English
• What does owning ISV-A include day to day? meeting directly with leading start ups,
• creating Claude skills and tools to expediate the process, owning each of the pre-reqs, submission, coordination with AWS on errors, and positioning CONNACTfor upsells.
• Learn additional AWS partner programs and take them on from the senior TCA team
• Work closely with the TCA team, customers and AWS partner teams
• Grow into a full TCA role over time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome)
• Interest in GTM, sales, partnerships or business operations
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, with strong follow-through and ownership
• Fast learner, curious, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders

Strong advantage

An AWS certification (e.g., Cloud Practitioner), a technical background, or internship / student-position experience in sales, BizOps or partnerships
