CONNACT helps software vendors establish, manage, and optimize their multi-cloud partnership lifecycles with the leading cloud providers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to lead and manage internal learning processes that support our employees’ professional development, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing culture.
You will be responsible for identifying learning needs, designing scalable training programs, and ensuring that CONNACT’s team members have the knowledge, skills and tools to succeed in a dynamic multi-cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify learning and development needs across departments.
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs, internal skills training and continuous learning initiatives.
- Build learning content, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Manage and maintain CONNACT’s LMS and content management platforms, including SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
- Track, analyze and report on learning program effectiveness.
- Partner with managers and team leaders in Israel and abroad to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Support a culture of growth, learning and professional development within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering learning content in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Experience managing learning content and training materials through platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar content management systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
