CONNACT is a specialized consulting firm dedicated to helping technology companies establish, manage, and optimize their multi-cloud partnership lifecycles with top cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. We work with B2B (primarily SaaS) tech companies in the cyber, AI, and cloud infrastructure sectors, focusing on accelerating their partnerships with cloud vendors to unlock the powerful sales potential that these alliances offer. Acting as a trusted advisor, CONNACT supports our partners on all cloud alliance matters.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to oversee the development and launch of a first-of-its-kind SaaS product designed to unify and streamline the lifecycle of multi-cloud partnerships. This platform will serve as a one-stop solution, helping companies manage and optimize their cloud partnerships in a seamless, integrated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with CONNACT’s mission to transform multi-cloud partnership management, and continually refine this vision based on market insights and user feedback.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities in the multi-cloud partnership space, driving a data-informed approach to product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.
  • Feature Prioritization: Identify, define, and prioritize features that will bring the most value to our customers, while managing trade-offs between speed, quality, and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed and aligned on product progress, goals, and vision.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance metrics for the product and continuously analyze data to optimize functionality, usability, and impact.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure the product evolves to meet their dynamic needs in the cloud ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS, cloud, or technology partnership products.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments, particularly within AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to work closely with engineering teams, with a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think at both strategic and tactical levels, balancing the big-picture vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Customer-Focused: Passion for building products that meet real customer needs, with a dedication to delivering a world-class user experience.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams across departments.
